An injection-molded plastic kit of the French AMX 30 main battle tank with a 105 mm gun from the French brand Heller. The model in the popular 1:35 scale captures the characteristic welded hull and turret of this fast tank. A decal sheet and assembly instructions are included.
The AMX 30 was a French main battle tank that staked everything on a combination of low weight, high mobility and strong armament in the form of a 105 mm gun. It entered service in the second half of the 1960s and gradually replaced the older American M47 tanks. It was powered by a Hispano-Suiza powerplant and had a crew of four.
Separate the parts from the sprues and glue them with cement for plastic. Assemble and paint the running gear and the lower hull before you close the hull. A single-color green finish or a period multicolor camouflage suits the paintwork; use washes, filters and pigments for dust and mud effects to bring out the details and to weather it.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
