1:35 Chevrolet 15 CWT is a kit of the Canadian military truck from the Italian manufacturer Italeri.

This kit from Italeri brings a light military truck of Canadian manufacture that belonged to the basic equipment of Commonwealth units. The 15 cwt designation refers to a load rating of roughly three quarters of a ton.
Vehicles of the so-called Canadian Military Pattern were built in Canadian plants by two large automakers, and you recognize them by the short hood with the cab set far forward, which let the vehicle fit onto a small footprint. The light 15 cwt served as a liaison, workshop and supply vehicle and made its name above all in North Africa, where units reworked it to suit their own needs. Its silhouette turns up in period photographs from Egypt all the way to Italy.
Build the frame with the axles first and check whether all the wheels sit down on a flat surface; on vehicles with a short wheelbase every deviation shows. Paint the canvas parts a tone paler than the metalwork, or they will blend in. A desert subject needs dusty edges and a faded surface, while a European one wants darker mud on the wheel arches and the step surfaces instead.
