An injection-molded plastic kit of the Canadian Chevrolet C30A military truck in the General Service version with a steel body, in 1:35 scale from the Polish manufacturer IBG Models. The model has a detailed chassis, engine, cab and cargo bed and is intended to be assembled and painted.
The Chevrolet C30A belongs to the family of Canadian military trucks of the CMP (Canadian Military Pattern) type, built in large numbers in the Second World War to British requirements for the armies of the Commonwealth. The General Service version was a universal general service truck for carrying troops and materiel; the steel body is one of the period variants of the cargo bed.
First assemble the frame, the chassis and the engine, then the cab and the body. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement. A primer and an airbrush are recommended; you can bring a single-color finish to life with shades, washes and dust effects on the chassis and the body.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
