Hauler 1:35 Citroen 11CV wheels is a set of replacement wheels for a kit of this passenger car you have already bought, not a model in its own right. The cast wheels replace the plastic parts from the kit and bring a sharper tread pattern and a cleaner rim. The target kit is from Tamiya.

The set in 1:35 scale from the Czech maker Hauler replaces the wheels supplied in the plastic kit of the passenger car from the Tamiya brand. It is not a model but a replacement part. On small models wheels are a rewarding investment: they are visible from every side, they form the point of contact between the model and the base, and plastic moldings often carry the parting line of the mold exactly in the middle of the tread, where it is hard to sand away.
The Citroen 11CV Traction Avant stood on wire and later on solid discs with narrow tires of the period type. It is precisely such a narrow profile with a pronounced sidewall that gives plastic molds trouble, because the shape of the tread pattern and of the lettering goes blurred. A replacement cast wheel can hold a sharper edge and a finer structure on the sidewall.
Cut the castings off the casting blocks with a fine-toothed saw, level the area with abrasive paper and wash them in lukewarm water with detergent before painting - there tends to be a remainder of the mold release agent on the surface, under which paint will not hold. Check that the pin lines up with the axle dry, before you glue anything. The tire is painted dark gray, not black; real rubber is markedly lighter in the light than you expect. Mask the rim with a circular mask or help yourself with a brush and a steady hand, and a thin wash will then level the transition. Dust on the sides will finally settle the car into the terrain.
The set replaces parts of a kit; it is not a model in its own right. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
