Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German medium tank Pz.Kpfw.V Panther in the Ausf.G version in its early production form, in 1:35 scale, from the maker Academy. The kit offers fine detail, photo-etched parts and a combination of segmented and individual-link tracks. According to the manufacturer, several marking options can be chosen, including machines deployed in both Western and Eastern Europe. The exact number of parts and the contents of the box are not stated here.
The Panther was one of the most significant German medium tanks of the Second World War. It combined a powerful 7.5 cm anti-tank gun with a long barrel, good mobility and markedly sloped armor, which increased protection. The Ausf.G version was the most widespread and most mature option, with a reworked hull shape and simplified production. Early machines of this version still carried a number of features from the transition from the preceding Ausf.A version. The Panther was deployed on all the main fronts from 1943 until the end of the war.
Cut the parts from the sprues and glue them with a thin cement for plastic; assemble the individual-link tracks and the photo-etched parts carefully according to the instructions. Build and paint the running gear before finishing the hull. Apply primer and paints with an airbrush, and apply the decals over a gloss varnish. Multicolor camouflage suits the Panther; bring out the panel lines with a wash and add mud and dust pigments on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
