According to the manufacturer, several armament variants can be built from the kit and it offers several marking schemes. The British rhomboid tanks were the first combat tanks in history; their characteristic outline, with the tracks running over the whole body of the vehicle, made it possible to cross trenches and obstacles on the Western Front. The tanks were built in the Male variant (with guns in the sponsons) and the Female variant (with machine guns only); practice soon showed the advantage of mixed armament, and so the hermaphrodites came about, combining both. The vehicles proved themselves in the breakthrough operations at the close of the First World War.
Cut the parts from the sprues and glue them with liquid modeling cement for plastic. Assemble the multi-part tracks carefully and run them over the whole rhomboid outline, holding them at the changes of shape until the glue sets. Apply a primer and the paints with an airbrush and bring out the broken-up sides and the rivets with a wash. Suggest the mud and dust of ground torn up by fighting with heavier pigments, especially on the underside of the tracks.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
