A resin accessory from the Polish maker PANZER ART. It contains the front and upper armor parts of the StuG III assault gun in the Ausf. G version as delivered by one of the two plants that built this type. It is not a vehicle kit: the parts replace sections of the hull on a model that is already built or under construction. Vehicles from the two plants differed in the detail of the front, and modelers who build a particular vehicle from a photograph need that difference.

How to work with the set

Wash the castings in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry. Cut off the casting blocks with a saw and level the surface; protect your airways when sanding. Before you start gluing, dry-fit the parts onto the hull and even out any difference by sanding or with plastic strip. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). It pays to fit the armor as early as possible, while the hull is still open and easy to handle. Once everything is glued, check the weld beads again and add stretched sprue where needed.

For modelers who build German assault guns after a particular subject, and for those who care about the form of the front plate. The work calls for experience with resin and a willingness to fine-tune the fit to the base model.
