A set of replacement wheels in modeling resin intended for the Israeli version of the M151 light utility vehicle, which serves with the Israel Defense Forces under the designation Shimira. The castings replace the original plastic wheels and bring a realistically sagged lower part of the tire as well as a finely shaped tread pattern. The dimensions of the wheels match the Academy kit.
The effect of the tire settling on the ground gives even a small vehicle a sense of weight and makes the finished model more credible, whether it is a display case build or a diorama scene. The clean castings call for only a minimum of cleanup.
Before painting, separate the wheels from the casting blocks, clean them up and prepare them with ordinary modeling paints.
