This item is not a model of a vehicle but an accessory set of wheels with which you replace the wheels from a plastic kit of the Kamaz truck in 1:35 scale. According to the name it contains two front wheels and four rear ones intended for dual mounting.
On trucks the wheels tend to be the most conspicuous detail and at the same time the place where a plastic kit shows its limits most. The tread pattern is restricted by the shape of the mold, a parting line is left around the circumference and the lettering on the sidewall is often only suggested. Resin wheels are cast differently, so the pattern can be deeper and sharper and the side faces cleaner. Given that a wheel is visible from every direction on a model, replacing it shows in the result more markedly than most other modifications.
Wash the parts in warm soapy water first, to remove any mold release residue. Cut the casting block off with a saw and true the mating surface up flat with a file, otherwise the wheel will run out of true on the axle. Before gluing, check the diameter of the hole for the axle pin and carefully open it out if necessary. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). When painting, separate the rubber from the rim with masking, so that the transition is not smudged. Never paint tires pure black; a dark gray shade with dust pigment on the sidewalls and in the grooves of the tread looks noticeably better. On the rear dual mounting, do not forget the inner faces of the wheels, which are visible from the side on a finished model.
The set is an accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right. It is supplied unpainted, and glue and paints are not included in the package.
