An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter capturing the American M270/A1 MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) self-propelled rocket launcher. The model is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit to be glued and painted.
The M270 MLRS is a tracked self-propelled rocket launcher built on a tracked chassis, which carries a launcher module with guided long-range rockets. The A1 version brought a modernized fire-control system. The system serves for artillery support at long range.
Assemble the running gear and the tracks first, before you close the hull. Use thin cement for plastic. After the primer, paint with an airbrush; mud and dust pigments on the tracks and the underside of the hull will give a realistic patina, and a wash will pick out the panels and the rivets.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
