This detail set of the SPACE line in 1:35 size from Eduard brings colored 3D features of the instrument and side panels of the cockpit, printed on a backing decal paper, rounded out by photo-etched steel belts. It is not a kit or resin: these are thin 3D printed features on film which give the interior realistic relief and color without the need for complicated painting. The set is meant for models of the Nakajima B5N2 torpedo bomber in this scale.
The features are lifted off the backing paper and set onto the surfaces of the instrument panels and the inner panels; the colors and the small details are already printed. They have no adhesive layer of their own and are held by a PVA glue (white glue). The photo-etched steel seat belts give the seat a faithful look and a natural sag. The result is a quick and convincing lift for the cockpit.
For modelers who want to lift the interior of a Kate model in 1:35 scale by a quick and clean route. The accessory does not replace the basic kit.
