The eight-wheeled OT-64 carrier had an exceptionally long service life, and some of the vehicles moved to security and public order units once their army career ended. What was valued on them was the tough welded hull, the large interior space and the ability to get through where an ordinary car gets stuck. Vehicles in this role usually differed from the army examples in their finish and their conspicuous markings, so they can be recognized at first glance even from a distance.
A police scheme rests on a clean, smooth surface: prepare a polished gloss base under the decals and use shadows in the seams sparingly, so that the vehicle does not look neglected. Fit the glazing and the headlights only once the finish is done, otherwise you will easily fog them. If you are preparing the model for a city scene, reflections on the body and wet asphalt under the wheels will do more for it than heavy dusting.
The kit is unassembled and without a finish; paints and glue have to be obtained separately.
