A resin, 3D printed set of wheels for the late version of the German light armored car Sd.Kfz 222, with a spare wheel added. The tires are rendered as weighted (slightly pressed in where they meet the road), so the vehicle looks as though it really stood on the ground. This is not a vehicle kit but a set of replacement parts.
The wheels replace the plastic parts from the base kit and bring a sharper tread, a faithful rim and a realistic deformation of the tire. The type 1 rendering and the fit to one specific popular kit ensure the right dimensions and seating.
Wash the parts free of uncured print resin residue, separate them from the print supports and sand them lightly with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the tires matte and the rims in the base color of the vehicle; light dust along the lower edge will support the weighted effect.
Supplied as an unpainted set of resin parts; the vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
