About product

MASTER 1:35 Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma - 50mm KwK39 L/60 barrel and MG-42 muzzle

A turned metal (brass) accessory in 1:35 scale intended to replace the plastic gun barrel and the machine gun muzzle on the model of the German heavy armored car Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma. The set contains a precisely machined 50mm KwK39 L/60 gun barrel and a turned muzzle for the MG-42 machine gun. The metal version has a perfectly round cross-section, a sharp muzzle rim and fine details that are difficult to produce in injection-molded plastic. The set is intended for the MiniArt, RFM and Dragon kits.

Use and fitting

  • Replaces the plastic barrel and machine gun muzzle with turned metal parts.
  • Glued with cyanoacrylate; the parts only need degreasing.
  • Brass holds its shape, does not bend and stands up to fine sanding and polishing.
  • Suitable for the usual models of this vehicle in the given scale.

Who it is for

  • Modelers who want a realistic, perfectly straight barrel.
  • Builders of German armored vehicles of the Second World War.
  • Anyone working on superdetailing gun barrels.

This is a standalone metal accessory, not a kit. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
