This is a resin detail set, not a vehicle model. The set brings cargo and the crew's personal equipment – bags, boxes, tarpaulins and other small items – for models of the tank destroyer Marder II Ausf. D. You place them on an already built model and give it a lived-in, combat-faithful look.
Cargo placed about the vehicle markedly livens up an otherwise empty fighting platform. The resin castings faithfully capture the folds of the fabric, the straps and the wooden or sheet-metal profiles of the boxes, which are hard to produce in plastic.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean the surfaces up. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate), and sand resin with respiratory protection. First place the cargo dry and fine-tune the composition, and only then glue it.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
