Responsibility details are not available.
A resin accessory in 1:35 scale in the form of a faithfully rendered tarpaulin for models of the Soviet SU-76 self-propelled gun. It is not a kit of the vehicle but a single part that replaces or supplements the covering of the open fighting compartment and gives a model a realistic look, with folds and sag in the cloth.
The SU-76 was a light Soviet self-propelled gun of the Second World War period, built on a lengthened light tank chassis and armed with a 76 mm gun. It had a fighting compartment open at the top and the rear, which crews in the field routinely covered with a tarpaulin against the weather.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and seat it with cyanoacrylate glue; do the sanding with respiratory protection. The canvas can be brought to life with acrylic paints, a wash that emphasizes the folds and a fine dry brush on the raised areas; dusting with pigments will give the tarpaulin a worn, working look.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the target model are not included in the package.
