The set is intended for the Shot Kal and for the heavy armored personnel carriers Nagmashot and Nagmachon.
A washer is an inconspicuous flat component that a kit usually does not address at all, or suggests only by shallow engraving. Yet it is precisely such small items that distinguish a model built straight from the box from one taken all the way. Resin is ideal for a part like this: a thin wall stays thin and the edge stays crisp, because the casting does not have to respect the movement of the mold parting line. Five pieces in the package also give a margin in case one of the parts gets damaged during cleaning.
The washers are genuinely small, so have tweezers with fine tips and a light working surface ready. Separate them from the carrier frame with a fresh scalpel blade using a drawing stroke, not pressure, otherwise the thin part will break. Sand the back only lightly, so that the mating surface stays flat. Before gluing, wash the whole set in warm water with detergent. They are glued with a minimum of gel cyanoacrylate glue; on parts this small any excess shows up immediately as a white film. It is best to paint them after gluing, together with the surrounding hull, so that no transition is visible. The rest of the work is done by a wash running around the outline of the washer.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
