1:35 Wheels for Autoblinda AB-41 and AB-43 is a Hauler accessory set of replacement wheels for a kit of the Italian armored car, not a model of the vehicle. It replaces the wheels from the box with parts having a finer rendering of the tread pattern.

An accessory set of replacement wheels from the Czech maker Hauler. The package holds no model of the vehicle - they are separate replacement wheels meant for a kit you already have, and the set is cut for the particular Italeri kits. On wheeled vehicles the wheels are the most prominent element in view right after the shape of the hull: the viewer has them at eye level, there are four of them, and any inaccuracy in the tread pattern or a parting seam in the middle of the tread is visible at once.
The series of Italian Autoblinda armored cars was built with all-wheel drive and with the ability to travel in either direction. The cars served for reconnaissance, patrol and guard duty and drove on paved roads and across country alike. The AB-41 and AB-43 versions differ above all in the form of the turret and the armament, while the running gear stayed basically the same - which is why one set of wheels can be used for both. Cross-country tires with a pronounced pattern were among the characteristic elements of the vehicle's silhouette.
First separate the parts carefully from the casting blocks or the fret. Cut a little way from the part and take the remainder off with a file and a sanding sponge, so as not to catch the tread pattern itself. Level the contact surface by which the wheel is fitted to the axle - a tilted wheel is unpleasantly conspicuous on a finished model. Try all four wheels on dry and stand the model on glass: if one wheel does not sit down, put it right now, not after painting. Wheels are more easily painted separately from the hull. First spray the shade of the tire, let it dry through and then either paint the rim in with a brush or make a circular mask for it from adhesive tape. A tire should not be coal black; a dark gray shade makes a more natural impression in the scale. At the end add dust pigment to the lower part of the wheels and wipe it off slightly in the contact patch, where the rubber would rub against the surface of the road.
