F3F Fighter 1:350 (Trumpeter) is a set of small carrier fighters in 1:350 scale for populating an aircraft carrier model. The box holds six models.

The set holds six miniature injection-molded models of the F3F carrier fighter in 1:350 scale. It is an accessory to a model of an American aircraft carrier of the interwar era - you can place the aircraft on the deck or in the hangar. Decals with US Navy markings are included.
The Grumman F3F was a single-engine biplane with retractable landing gear and the last biplane fighter of American naval service. It served as a carrier fighter in the second half of the 1930s, until all-metal low-wing monoplanes replaced it.
The struts and the wires of the biplane are very fine, so work with tweezers and liquid cement for plastic. For the period finish, gloss yellow upper wing surfaces and the colored fuselage bands typical of American carrier aviators work well. They can also be painted while on the sprue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
