The title belongs to the Fast Guide series, which the Komakai brand devotes to individual cars. Every booklet in this series keeps to a single car and aims at anyone building a model from the real subject. This volume carries the designation GT and the year 2016 in its name.
A kit shows the shape, but it rarely answers how the car was finished in color, where exactly the lettering sat and what told the individual examples apart. It is on these small things that a carefully built car model is recognized, because the placement of lettering and of accessories changed within a single season, and the same car looked different at its start than at its end.
It is worth going through it before anyone reaches for the glue. When a builder works out in advance which parts will stay visible after assembly and how the interior should look, they save themselves taking a finished build apart later. In painting, the reference then helps decide where a glossy and where a matte surface belongs and how much wear a model will carry and still look convincing.
