Wheel Bay Masking Plugs, 1:72, for the F-105 Thunderchief

A set of shaped flexible foam plugs made to perfectly mask the wheel bays while spraying and painting a model of the F-105 Thunderchief fighter-bomber in 1:72 scale. These are not model parts, but a modeling aid that saves you the tedious job of taping off the bays. The plugs are shaped for the Trumpeter F-105 kit.

Use

  • Simply press the plugs into the open wheel bays before spraying.
  • The foam follows the cavity's shape and prevents paint from getting inside.
  • Once sprayed and dried, remove the plugs with no effort.
  • They are reusable as long as they hold their shape.
