1:144 312 Squadron RAF, Part V is the fifth decal sheet from the AML Decals brand, devoted to the markings of the aircraft of the Czechoslovak No. 312 Squadron of the Royal Air Force.
Responsibility details are not available.
The fifth part of the decal series from AML Decals. It brings printed markings for models of aircraft in 1:144 scale. The goods are intended as an accessory for a model; on their own they are neither built nor glued.
Kits in 1:144 scale tend to be sparing with markings. Often they contain only national insignia and one code variant, so that several finished pieces look the same. A separate sheet solves this and makes it possible to build the machines of one squadron so that they can be told apart.
The paint under the decal must be fully cured, otherwise water and softener will lift it. With acrylics allow for several days, with enamels rather longer. Apply in a warm place and out of a draft, otherwise a small motif dries before you manage to settle it. Once you are finished, varnish the model; a decal is otherwise prone to rubbing. If the motif folds over while being settled, let it float on a drop of water and unroll it with two damp wooden sticks; a fold cannot be straightened by force and the artwork will tear.
The package holds the sheet alone. Paints, varnishes and a model are not supplied.
