This Art Scale set of the express fit line is prepared for both sides of the glazing of the two-seat Tiger II. The inner shapes make it possible to spray the frames in the cockpit shade, while the outer ones allow for the upper camouflage. Against the one-sided variant of the same aircraft you therefore get in addition exactly the part of the work that is hardest to do by hand. The target kit is Kitty Hawk.

Why with the two-seat version in particular

A tandem arrangement means two seats one behind the other and glazing that runs almost to the middle of the fuselage. When such a canopy is built open, an observer looks inside across a large area and a transparent, unpainted frame is noticeable at once. A double-sided set deals with this problem systematically.

A procedure that has proved itself

• Deal with the inner sides before the part goes to the fuselage.
• Apply the interior shade in two light coats over one another.
• Once the part is turned over, clean the dust off with a brush, not by blowing with your mouth.
• Seat the outer shapes dry and only then press them down.
• Do not put masks back once they are off; the shape changes when they are peeled away.
