Relief decals for the cabin of the carrier-based attack aircraft A-6E Intruder in the reduction 1:72 from the Kelik brand. This is not a kit of the aircraft but a refining accessory with which you will bring to life the instrument panel and the side consoles of a model under way. The decals are shaped for the Trumpeter kit.
The two-seat carrier-based attack aircraft served the US Navy and the US Marine Corps from the 1960s. The crew sat side by side, so the cabin is unusually wide and well visible when seen from above. The A-6E version received a more modern radar and work on the avionics; it was committed over Southeast Asia, in the Mediterranean and in the operations in the Persian Gulf.
Spray the ground first and let it harden perfectly; a smooth glossy surface will prevent silvering under the carrier film. Separate the cut-out close to the edge, soak it briefly and slide it into place. Push the water out with a soft brush, not with the pressure of a finger, because a raised surface is easy to squash. Verify in the manufacturer's instructions whether a decal softener may be used with this set; with printed elements manufacturers tend to be careful about softeners. Once dry, go over it with a matte varnish and accentuate the dial faces with a drop of gloss varnish, so that they look like glass.
Paints, varnishes and the basic model are not supplied with the decals.
