Raised decals for the cockpit of the Soviet Yak-1b fighter in 1:72. They raise the detail of the cockpit of a model under construction without laborious painting. Developed for the Arma Hobby kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings printed decals with raised relief for the interior of the Soviet Yak-1b fighter in 1:72. It is an upgrade accessory for a model under construction, not an aircraft to be built. The set was developed for the Arma Hobby kit.
The later form of the Yakovlev Yak-1 received a cut-down spine and a bubble canopy, so the pilot could at last see behind him. The armament was one 20 mm cannon and a heavy machine gun above the engine. Wood and steel tubing in the structure allowed fast series production and the aircraft became one of the mainstays of the Soviet fighter force in 1942 and 1943.
First prepare a smooth sprayed surface and let it cure thoroughly. Cut the individual parts off as close to the printing as possible, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and move them into place with the tip of a brush. Blot the excess water away with a paper tissue by touching, not by rubbing. Apply chemical softeners drop by drop and only where needed, so that the raised printing does not collapse. A final flat clear coat ties everything together and hides the edges of the film.
Paints, glues and the kit itself are not part of the delivery.
