A-4 Skyhawk refueling probe boom 1:48 (long straight type)

A turned metal refueling probe boom of the long straight type for models of the A-4 Skyhawk jet in 1:48 scale. It replaces the plastic part from the box with a precisely machined metal part completed by a printed adapter for mounting. The long straight variant of the probe matches the machines of the A-4E and A-4F versions and the TA-4F and TA-4J trainers.

Use

  • A replacement for the plastic refueling probe boom on an A-4 Skyhawk model in 1:48.
  • The metal part is straight, strong and resists bending better than plastic.
  • It is bonded with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) once the surface is cleaned.
  • After fitting, the part is cleaned up and sprayed in the color of the aircraft.
