This is a photo-etched set, not a standalone model. It contains fine metal parts for a faithful rendition of the landing flaps of the two-seat A6M2-K trainer. The plastic flaps in kits tend to be simplified and molded solid, whereas this set offers fine ribbing and the internal structure, which can be shown with the flaps lowered.
For more advanced modelers of aircraft models in 1:48 scale who want to raise the realism of the lower wing surfaces and the lowered flaps. The set is intended for models of the two-seat A6M2-K trainer Zero.
