Responsibility details are not available.
A color set of 3D-printed interior decals from Quinta Studio for models of the Japanese A6M3 Zero carrier fighter in 1:48 scale. It is neither a kit nor photo-etch: they are three-dimensional, pre-painted decals on a flexible film that you apply straight into the cockpit. The panels have a raised multi-level structure and dial faces covered with a gloss coat for a glass look. The set is intended for the Eduard kit.
The A6M3 was a development version of the famous Zero fighter with a more powerful engine. It was used during the fighting in the Pacific and differed from the earlier versions among other things in reworkings of the wing and the powerplant, which showed in the layout of the cabin as well.
The parts are lifted off the sheet and applied much like decals with lukewarm water. The thicker film is best fixed with cyanoacrylate or another suitable glue; do not use ordinary decal setting solutions. The interior gains realistic depth without photo-etch and without painting the dials by hand.
The set holds interior decals only. The base Eduard kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
