Color-printed photo-etched seat belts in steel from the Czech maker Eduard for the cockpit of a plastic model of the Japanese carrier dive bomber Aichi D3A1 Type 99 Val in 1:48 scale. It is not a model of the aircraft; the package contains only the belts, which replace the flat plastic or decal belts of the base kit.
The STEEL line comes printed in color from the factory, so the belts need no painting. Steel is springier than brass and holds a realistic sag and ripple better, which looks natural on a seat and lifts the look of a cockpit.
Separate the belts with a sharp knife, shape them gently and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect the printed surface from aggressive thinners.
An accessory rather than a kit. The base model and glue are not included in the package.
