A decal sheet in 1:48 scale for models of the Eurofighter Typhoon, the third part of the Apennine Eurofighters series.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a European supersonic combat aircraft with a delta wing and canard foreplanes, serving in several European air forces. The name of the Apennine Eurofighters series refers to the Apennines, that is, to an Italian setting, and this sheet is its third part. The individual parts of the series differ in the make-up of their markings, so they complement one another and can be bought separately according to which machine you want to build.
An accessory for plastic models in 1:48 scale: the printing is applied to a finished, sprayed model and replaces the hand painting of national insignia, numbers and legends. How many machines and which schemes this part covers is given in the instructions issued with the sheet. Use them to check which kit the motifs are shaped for as well.
Go over the area under the decal with a gloss varnish, so the edges do not silver. Cut the motif out closely to the printing, soak it in lukewarm water and, once it has released from the backing, slide it onto the model. Blot the remaining water away with soft paper; at raised features and transitions a softener helps, and the motif is not moved afterward. Once dry, even the surface out with a matte or gloss varnish, so the edges of the printing cannot be told. Before you soak the sheet, check in the instructions whether it is a self-adhesive version: a soaked self-adhesive film is ruined.
The package holds a decal sheet. The kit, the paints, the varnishes and the glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
