The SPACE set from Eduard combines colored 3D decals printed on carrier decal paper with pre-colored etched steel parts for a detailed improvement of the interior of a model of the Bell P-39Q Airacobra fighter in 1:48 scale. The printed elements faithfully capture the instrument panel, the side consoles and further cockpit elements with a raised, three-dimensional look; the pre-colored etch adds the seat belts and fine detail.
The Bell P-39Q Airacobra was an American fighter with the unusual layout of the engine behind the pilot driving the propeller through a shaft. Airacobras proved themselves on a large scale above all on the Eastern Front. On a model of this aircraft a detailed cockpit shows clearly.

The decals have no adhesive layer of their own: only the carrier paper is dampened, the element is lifted off with tweezers and fixed with PVA glue, and do not use a softener, as it attacks the printed resin. The etched belts are glued with super glue.
