A set of accurate Eduard Bf 109G-6 Erla painting masks for the canopy (the Erla type) in 1:48 scale for painting a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely die-cut self-adhesive painting masks of the Eduard brand in 1:48 scale, aimed at masking the canopy of the German Bf 109G-6 fighter with the later glazing of the Erla type. It is not a model but an accessory. The masks in kabuki tape follow the frames of the angular canopy exactly.
With the masks you cover the cockpit glazing so that it stays clear while you spray the frames in the color of the fuselage. The accurate cut gives crisp edges and captures faithfully the characteristic subdivision of the Erla canopy without the tedium of cutting tape.
The Bf 109G-6 was one of the most widespread versions of the German fighter of the Second World War. Later machines were given a lighter, better glazed canopy designated Erla after its maker, which improved the pilot's view.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
