A detail set from the SPACE range by the Czech brand Eduard, intended to improve the cockpit of a plastic model of the de Havilland Chipmunk T.10 trainer in 1:48 scale. Its core is color three-dimensional decals of the instrument panel and the side consoles, supplemented with steel photo-etched parts including the seat belts. It is not an aircraft kit but a way to complete the interior.
The 3D decals carry both the relief and the color of the instruments and look three-dimensional, unlike flat decals. The steel photo-etch adds the belts and small cockpit elements. The combination gives the interior realistic depth with no need to paint the individual dials.
