Eduard 1:48 de Havilland Mosquito B Mk.IV stencils is a decal set with maintenance and technical markings for models of the Mosquito B Mk.IV bomber in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a decal set from the Czech maker Eduard containing technical and maintenance markings for a model of the de Havilland Mosquito B Mk.IV bomber in 1:48 scale. Stencils are the small service captions, marks and instructions that are found all over the airframe of real aircraft and give a model an authentic, well-used look.
The de Havilland Mosquito was a British multipurpose aircraft of the Second World War famous for its wooden construction and high speed. The B Mk.IV version was one of the first bomber variants.
It adds a realistic layer of small captions to the usual decals with insignia and serial numbers. They are applied like ordinary decals over the finished paint, ideally on a gloss base and sealed with a matte varnish. Tweezers and a magnifier suit reading and placing the small captions accurately.
This is an accessory to a plastic kit; the model itself and the paints are not included in the package.
