Responsibility details are not available.
Big Ed is a range from the Czech maker Eduard in which several separate accessory sets for one particular model are brought together in a single package. This item is intended for the F-16C Block 25 in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit of the aircraft but a pack of accessories; the model itself is bought separately. Check the composition of the pack on the packaging.
What the pack brings together
Anyone who wants to fit a model out thoroughly usually ends up with several sets from the same maker. Binding them into one package has a practical consequence: all the parts are matched to each other, because they come from one hand.
The F-16C Block 25 was the first production block of the single-seat C version of the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon. It entered service with the US Air Force in the mid-1980s and, against the earlier machines, it brought above all upgraded avionics and wider armament options. It was powered by an engine of the F100 family; the later blocks of this version differed precisely in the powerplant and in other equipment, so the block designation really does matter when choosing accessories. The cockpit and the instrument fit differ between blocks enough that accessories meant for another block need not fit.
Accessory sets are fitted in a different order from an ordinary build: most of the details go into the cockpit and into spaces that get closed during the build, so they have to be finished before you glue the fuselage together. Plan the whole procedure in advance, then.
Photo-etched parts are bent in a bending tool or between two razor blades and bonded with super glue applied with a pin, not straight from the tube. Do not spray over painted photo-etched items unless it is necessary, and degrease them before gluing. If the pack holds masks, stick them onto the clear part only after it has been polished and spray thin coats, so that the paint does not run under an edge. Before you start, check that the sets match the kit you are building.
The pack is an accessory, not a kit. The model of the aircraft, paints, glue and the other materials are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
