Eduard F-16C/N seatbelts STEEL 1:48 (photo-etched belts)

This is not a kit but a detail accessory. The set contains the seat belts of the pilot seat, etched from thin steel sheet. The steel version holds its shape better and drapes naturally when arranged over the seat. The belts are already printed in color, so once they are out of the fret they are practically ready to install.

What it is for

They replace the flat plastic or decal belts from the box with a faithful, three-dimensional imitation of the webbing, buckles and fittings in the cockpit of the modern F-16 fighter in 1:48 scale.

Use and tips

• Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a cutting mat rather than breaking them out.
• Bend the steel with tweezers or in a photo-etch bender; it holds its shape reliably.
• Glue them with a small drop of super glue; the belts can be curved naturally before it sets.
