The set brings three-dimensional interior elements, painted at the factory, printed by 3D printing and laid on decal paper. It is not a kit but an accessory for detailing the cockpits of the plastic model of the American twin-fuselage fighter F-82G Twin Mustang in 1:48 scale. The parts are thicker than ordinary decals and combine the relief of resin with the easy application of a colored photo-etched fret. The dimensions and shapes follow the Modelsvit kit.

The real subject

The North American F-82 Twin Mustang was an American long-range and night fighter with two joined fuselages; the F-82G version served as a night fighter and saw combat in the opening stages of the Korean War. Two separate pilot stations offer plenty of scope for detailing.

Use

• Cut the part out, dip it briefly in lukewarm water and slide it off the backing like a decal.
• Set it onto the matching area of the cockpits; secure thicker parts with a small amount of glue.
• The pre-painted instruments and lettering usually need no further painting.
