Painting masks F1M Pete in 1:48 scale from Eduard. Kabuki masks for precise masking of the canopy glazing and the wheels.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of painting masks in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for the Japanese Mitsubishi F1M single-float reconnaissance biplane. The masks are pre-cut from yellow Japanese kabuki tape and are used to mask the canopy glazing and the wheels when spraying paint. It is not a model — the kit itself has to be bought separately.
The Mitsubishi F1M was a Japanese reconnaissance and observation float biplane, known to the Allies under the code name Pete. It took off from the water and from the catapults of warships and carried out everything from reconnaissance and artillery spotting to patrol work. The glazed areas over both crew members call for careful masking when painting.
For modelers building the F1M Pete in 1:48 scale who want clean paint edges on the glazing and the details.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
