1:48 F/A-18F early - 3D printed color decals of the interior (Hasegawa) from Quinta Studio will refine the two-seat cockpit of the Super Hornet without photo-etched parts and without painting the instruments.

The set is made up of 3D printed elements printed on decal paper and is supplied already in color. It takes the place of photo-etched parts and resin accessories alike and concentrates on the interior, that is, on the part of the model which is well seen under the large glazing of the Super Hornet. The set is cut for the Hasegawa kit in 1:48 scale. Quinta also makes sets for the models of other manufacturers, so when choosing watch precisely the designation of the target kit.
The Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet is the two-seat version of the carrier-borne multi-role aircraft which serves for fighter as well as strike tasks. Against the older Hornet it has a larger airframe, different air intakes and a higher payload. The designation early points to the early production form of the machine.
The elements are applied to a cleaned surface coated with gloss varnish, to which they conform once they adhere. The element that has been cut out is laid in lukewarm water for about 15 seconds and slid off the carrier paper; the manufacturer prohibits a softener and a setting solution, as they would damage the printed resin layer. Unify the base beforehand with a darker shade, work with tweezers and finish both workstations before you set the cockpit canopy in place.
It is an accessory for detailing, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
