A self-adhesive painting mask for the FM-1 Wildcat 1:48 from Eduard, for spraying the canopy glazing and circular parts precisely.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of pre-cut self-adhesive masks for masking the canopy glazing on a model of the FM-1 Wildcat carrier fighter. The masks follow the shape of the canopy frames exactly and usually also hold circular masks for the wheels, so that after spraying you get sharp edges to the painted areas with no laborious cutting.
The FM-1 Wildcat was the license-built version of the Grumman F4F Wildcat carrier fighter produced by General Motors. The Wildcat was one of the main carrier fighters of the US Navy in the early period of the war in the Pacific and served with other Allied navies as well.
For modelers who want quick, clean masking of the glazing. Intended for FM-1 Wildcat models in 1:48 scale.
The mask does not hold paints or glue; it serves only for masking while spraying.
