A set of waterslide decals in 1:48 from the Eduard brand containing the complete technical, service and warning lettering (stencils) for models of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190A fighter. It complements national insignia and personal markings with the small maintenance labels that give a model credibility. It is not a kit: the decals serve to finish a model bought separately.
The Fw 190A was a German single-seat fighter with a radial engine, one of the most capable fighters of its day. The real machines carried a range of small technical labels, warnings and marks for the ground crew, which on a model are usually hard to find in a basic set of decals.
Apply the small lettering onto gloss varnish, use a decal softener and a setting solution, and work with good lighting and tweezers. Once dry, take a matte varnish over it. We recommend following the diagram showing where the lettering goes.
The package contains decals only. The model itself, the paints and the varnish are not included.
