1:48 Gotha Go-242B canopy airbrush mask

Gotha Go-242B - painting masks for the glazing 1:48 (MH Models)

This is not a kit but a set of self-adhesive painting masks from MH Models in 1:48 scale. The masks follow the shape of the frames and the glazed areas of the pilot's compartment of the Gotha Go-242B model exactly and make it possible to spray the framing sharply and evenly.

The real subject

The Gotha Go-242 was a German transport and assault glider of the Second World War with a twin-boom tail. The Go-242B version differed from the basic one, among other things, in a fixed wheeled landing gear.

Use

• Clean and degrease the glazing.
• Lift the masks off the sheet and transfer them to the frames of the pilot's compartment.
• Press the edges down, so that no paint runs under the mask.
• Spray the frames and remove the masks once the paint has dried.

Who the set is for

• Modelers who want sharp frames on the glazing.
• Those who want to avoid lengthy masking with tape.

The set contains masks only; paints and the model itself are not included in the package.
