Hauler SmartPack 1:48 for the Hetzer tank destroyer is a complete package of accessories for a kit you have already bought, not a model. The set is cut for the Tamiya kit.

A package of accessories from the Czech maker Hauler, put together for one particular kit of the light tank destroyer in 1:48 scale. It is aftermarket goods, not a kit: without the base model it has nothing to complete. The point of such a package is to replace plastic parts simplified in shape in the places where on the real machine there should be thin sheet, a mesh or fine fittings. The maker does not give the composition of the package in the name, so check the contents once you have unwrapped it.
The designation Hetzer became established for a light tank destroyer whose official name was Jagdpanzer 38(t). It arose on a chassis derived from the Pz.38(t) light tank and was produced from 1944 in factories in the territory of the Protectorate. It carried a 7.5 cm gun in a fixed, steeply sloped casemate with no rotating turret, so that it had a very low silhouette and, for its weight, decent frontal resistance. The price for that was a cramped fighting compartment, poor vision and the need to aim by turning the whole vehicle. After the war machines of the same design were still produced for the Swiss army.
With packages of this type the key is to think the extent of the surgery out before the hull is glued. Go through the contents of the package and mark in the instructions to the kit the places where a plastic part is removed. It is cut away with a sharp blade or a fine saw, and the area is then leveled with a file and sanded over, or the new part will not sit down. Scratches and traces of the cut on the sloped surfaces of the casemate are plainly visible once sprayed, so it pays to polish the surface over after sanding and check it under a sharp light. Glue the new parts with super glue, ideally the thicker gel, which gives you a few seconds to set them. Then unify the whole model with a primer. The set is meant for the Tamiya kit.
This is a set of accessories, not a model in its own right. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
