Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive masks in kabuki tape for a model of the Henschel Hs 129 ground-attack aircraft type in 1:48 scale. The masks make it easier to spray the frames of the glazed cockpit and the wheel discs cleanly, without laborious cutting out. It is not a kit: it is an accessory used while painting a model that is finished or still under construction.
The Henschel Hs 129 is a German twin-engined ground-attack aircraft of the Second World War intended for destroying ground and armored targets. It was notable for an armored cockpit protecting the pilot and for a narrow fuselage with a small forward canopy. It was deployed above all on the Eastern Front for anti-tank support.
The pre-cut masks in self-adhesive kabuki tape are stuck onto the canopy glazing and the wheel discs, pressed into the engraved lines of the frames with a pointed wooden stick, and then the surface is sprayed. Once the paint has dried the tape is taken off and the framing stays clean and crisp. An airbrush gives an even coat; the masks can also be used for two-color camouflage masking.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package and are obtained separately.
