Photo-etched parts in 1:48 scale for detailing a model of the Hawker Hunter FGA.9 attack aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of photo-etched parts in 1:48 scale for a model of the Hawker Hunter FGA.9 aircraft. The elements etched from thin sheet take over the places where a plastic part is necessarily thicker than the real thing would be, and they move a finished model a level higher.
The Hunter was a British single-engine jet fighter of the 1950s with a swept wing, and it belongs among the most successful British postwar aircraft. The FGA.9 version arose by adapting the fighter variant for attacks on ground targets and served for long years, with foreign operators as well. A model in this form is recognized by the stores under the wing.
Cut the parts off the fret with a sharp blade resting on a hard surface, not by breaking them out. Run the bends over a sharp edge or in a bender and try to make them in one attempt, because repeated bending tires the sheet. Glue with super glue in a small amount and wipe the rest of the trace away at once, so that it does not dull the paint around it. Before painting, the sheet has to be degreased and sprayed over with primer. The order of work and the placement of the elements is in the manufacturer's instructions.
The set is for modelers for whom the contents of the box are not enough and who want to carry the fine detail on a Hunter model through. Photo-etched sets tend to be designed for the outlines of a particular kit in 1:48 scale, so check in advance which model you will pair the set with.
The package contains photo-etched parts. A kit, paints and glue are not part of it, unless stated otherwise.
