The Eduard LööKplus 1:48 Lockheed-Martin F-16D Block 40 cockpit add-on pack is meant for a model of the two-seat version of the Fighting Falcon. The model of the aircraft is not in the package.

At Eduard the LööK range is associated with a worked-out rendering of the cockpit, and a package marked LööKplus adds further add-ons for the same model to it. What exactly is inside a particular package is given by the manufacturer on the packaging. What matters for the decision is that this is an add-on: the aircraft kit is not part of it.
The F-16D is the two-seat version of the Fighting Falcon, with two seats in tandem. The Block 40 form, sometimes called the Night Falcon, brought the ability to attack at night and with precision using LANTIRN pods, sturdier landing gear and a wide-angle head-up display. Power comes from a General Electric F110 engine. The two-seat cockpit is a prominent feature on the model, because under the large one-piece canopy it is well on show.
It makes sense to fit the cockpit add-ons before you close the fuselage up and put the canopy on. Color printed metal parts are not varnished and are not treated with a wash, and surplus glue would ruin them. Apply cyanoacrylate glue in the smallest amount, therefore, and rather transfer it on a pin. The canopy is worth polishing and putting on only at the very end of the build.
The set serves as an add-on for a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
