1:48 McDonnell Douglas T-45C Goshawk, the second part is a decal sheet from the brand Caracal Models for models of the T-45C carrier-based trainer aircraft. It is an accessory for a kit, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of decals in 1:48 scale with markings of the T-45C Goshawk trainer aircraft. The designation of the second part means that it is a following part of a series on the same type: it covers machines other than the first part does, and so the two sheets complete each other. The package contains a printed decal film and instructions with the schemes for placement; the model, paints and glue are not part of it.
The T-45 Goshawk is a two-seat jet trainer aircraft derived from the British Hawk and adapted for the operation of the US Navy, that is particularly for training on an aircraft carrier. The C version differs from the older machines in modernized cockpit equipment with displays. It serves in the final phase of the training of naval pilots, when they master landing on a deck. Operational machines carry a conspicuous training coloring and extensive servicing lettering.
The key helper is a decal softener. It is laid on with a brush onto a decal that is already settled and freed of surplus water: it softens the carrier film and that then draws itself into the engraved lines and over small pressings. While it is working, do not move the decal and do not touch it, as a softened film is easily crumpled or torn. With larger markings over engraved panel lines one coat is usually enough, and in broken-up places it can be repeated once dry. Always try stronger products out first on a decal you do not need.
A decal sheet is not a kit. It does not contain the model, paints or glue. The particular variants and the contents of the sheet are given on the packaging.
