This is NOT an airplane kit but a color photo-etched Zoom set from Eduard focused on the detail of the interior of an F-4B Phantom II model in 1:48 scale. Zoom is a selection of the most striking self-adhesive color parts from a larger set, concentrated on the instrument panels of both cockpits, the side consoles and the seat belts. It quickly and visibly lifts the look of both the pilot's and the rear compartment of the two-seat fighter.
The pre-printed color photo-etched parts replace flat plastic details with a faithful rendering of the instruments, with no hand painting of tiny dials. The set is designed for the F-4B Phantom II model in 1:48 scale and is a striking way to improve the cockpit considerably.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and stick them down with the self-adhesive side, or with a drop of cyanoacrylate glue. Press them down with tweezers for perfect adhesion. Before fitting them, match the color of the surrounding plastic to the tones of the etch.
This is an additional detail set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
