Masks for the canopy of the Dassault Rafale C 1:48

A self-adhesive die-cut masking set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for the French Dassault Rafale C multirole fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit or a paint but precisely die-cut kabuki masks that give sharp framing of the glazing when airbrushing. This variant covers the canopy from the outside and saves time compared with laborious hand painting of the frames.

Use

  • Stick the masks onto the frames of the canopy following the pre-cut shapes.
  • Cover the open areas of the clear parts so that paint cannot reach them.
  • Spray thin coats of paint with an airbrush and take the masks off once they are dry.
  • It covers the outside of the glazing.

Who the set is for

For modelers who want clean, straight framing of the canopy without the risk of paint creeping under. Intended for Dassault Rafale C models in this scale.

It is not a paint and not a kit. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.

This variant covers the canopy from the outside. For both sides of the clear parts there is the TFace version.

No. These are self-adhesive masks that complete a Rafale C model in 1:48 scale that you have already bought.

Of self-adhesive kabuki tape, which can be die-cut precisely and shaped easily onto the frames of the glazing.

With normal use they will not. Stick them down precisely and take them off carefully once the paint is dry.
