Responsibility details are not available.
A precisely cut self-adhesive masking set in Japanese paper tape (kabuki) for a plastic model of the Soviet jet attack aircraft Su-7 in the BKL or BMK version in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer New Ware. It is not a model and not a paint, but a set of masks for a clean coat on the glazing and the details. To the outer cockpit masks the ADVANCED level adds masks for the seals of the frames and items for masking the camouflage, along with masks for the wheels and the clear parts such as the position lights and the radome.
The Su-7 was a Soviet single-seat jet attack aircraft with a swept wing that formed the basis of the later family of Sukhoi types. It was notable for its high speed and rugged construction, but also for heavy fuel consumption and demanding runway requirements. The BKL version was adapted for operations from unpaved surfaces, while the export BMK served with foreign users. In the NATO reporting system the type carried the name Fitter.
The masks are cut from a tape that adapts to curvature and leaves no sticky traces once lifted. Degrease and dry the surface before applying them, transfer the parts with tweezers and press them against the edges of the frames. Cover the remaining area with scraps of tape or with liquid mask. Apply the paint with an airbrush in thin coats and peel the masks off before the coat is fully dry.
This is a self-adhesive masking set, not a model and not paints. The model itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
